- Mr. Upadhayay is the Company Secretary cum Chief Manager of AJOD Insurance Ltd. He also worked as Company Secretary before. Mr. Upadhaya is best known as a law practitioner of Nepal. In addition to this, he also has experience of teaching in number of recognized colleges of Kathmandu Valley. More importantly, he has participated on a number of trainings respective to laws, insurance, hydropower and fraud risk management. Remarkably, he is also a member of different organizations and institutions like High Court Bar Association and Appellate Court Bar Association Patan, Nepal.
