Know Your Customer (KYC) Form along with a Photo Copy of your Citizenship, One PP Size Photo, and PAN/Registration Paper (for the Firm) is a must for all Insurance.
Required document for Insurance:
All types of Insurance: Proposal Form
Vehicle Insurance: Vehicle Registration Booklet (Blue Book), renewal notice issued from the previous insurance company (if any).
Marine Insurance: Letter of Credit (L/C), Invoice, Pro-forma Invoice.
Contractor's All Risk: Contract Document, Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
Travel Medical Insurance: Copy of Passport
Other Insurances: As required by the company
Maximum an hour, after receiving the proposal form, along with necessary documents.
The total fee includes fees as declared in Insurance Policy/Tax Invoice, stamp fee and VAT
For a one-year policy company shall send a renewal notice with the required premium one month of the policy expiry to the address provided in the proposal form.
