Her career is built on a strong foundation, having earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Ace Institute of Management, Pokhara University. This academic background, combined with her extensive practical experience, positions her to lead our HR initiatives with vision and a deep understanding of modern workforce dynamics. She is also an adjunct faculty of Human Resource in one of the reputed colleges of Nepal.
